Blueprint Hockey Analytics ("Blueprint Hockey", "we") runs blueprinthockeyanalytics.com and builds custom player reports. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: blueprinthockeyanalytics@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote: your name and email, the player's name, team, league/level and season, and anything you write in the message box. If a report is ordered, we may also receive game video or stats you choose to send us.

When you visit the site: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, country). We use a cookie-free analytics service, so no tracking cookies are set and we can't identify you personally from it. Our web host also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

The NHL statistics on this site come from public league data and do not include any information about our clients.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare and deliver the report you ask for, and follow up about it. We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising profiles, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Players under 18

Many of the players we work with are minors. We ask that a parent or guardian submit the request and receive the report for any player under 18, and we only collect what's needed to build the report. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete information about their child.

Your reports stay private

Reports are delivered only to the person who ordered them. We never publish or share a client's report without permission. Any example reports shown on this site have names and identifying details removed.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run the business: Formspree (delivers the quote form to our inbox), Google (email), Netlify (website hosting) and Cloudflare (anonymous visit statistics). They process information only to provide those services to us. Some of them may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and report files only as long as needed to provide the service and keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

Email blueprinthockeyanalytics@gmail.com to ask what we have about you or your player, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
